Do you ship across the UK and what are the delivery terms?

We offer free UK shipping on all orders over £75. For orders under this amount, standard UK shipping charges apply – full details are shown at checkout. Orders are despatched directly from our wholesales, Ancient Wisdom, who aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days. We provide tracking information so you can follow your gift’s journey.

What is your returns and refunds policy?

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not happy with your purchase, you can return items within 14 days of receiving them, provided they are in unused condition and in their original packaging. For full details, please refer to our Returns Policy page.

Yes. Our suppliers prioritise natural ingredients, botanical extracts and cruelty free production. Bath bombs, soaps, essential oils and home fragrance items are created without harsh synthetic chemicals. Packaging is chosen with sustainability in mind.

Can I purchase a gift voucher or send a gift directly to someone?

Yes – we offer both gift vouchers and the ability to send gift orders directly to the recipient with a personalised message. At checkout select “This is a gift” and add your message. The shipping address can be set to the recipient’s address for convenience.

How do I care for my artisan jewellery and home fragrance items?

Jewellery: Store in a dry place, avoid direct contact with water or perfumes to preserve finish. Candles & fragrances: Always place on heat proof surfaces, trim the wick to 5mm before lighting and allow the full surface to melt before extinguishing for best results.
