Returns Policy
Overview
Our suppliers thoroughly check all orders before dispatch and respective product manufacturers have stringent quality controls in place to ensure high standards of production. However, due to the nature of the products we offer on our website, some items may become damaged or faulty in transit. If a product is found to be damaged or faulty, we will make every effort to resolve the matter quickly and in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined on this page.
Returns Procedure
If products are found to be missing, incorrect or faulty upon arrival, please email support@artisan-gifts.co.uk withing 14 days of receiving your order, attaching a photograph of the product(s) in question. Otherwise, we can’t offer a refund or exchange. You then have a further 14 days to return your item(s).
We will provide you with a Returns Form to complete and further instructions on how to return the item(s), which may depend on the value/size of the return.
Returned items must be unopened and in their original packaging. Please do not return products directly to the manufacturer.
For health and safety reasons, we can not accept returns of earrings, unless they are unopened, in their original packaging and have not been used.
There are certain situations where refunds may not be granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item returned more than 28 days after delivery.
Refunds
We will notify you when your return has been received and inspected. Approved refunds will be processed immediately and a credit automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund, first contact your bank and/or your credit card company. It may take some time to process your refund. If you still have not received your refund, please email support@acheter.co.uk.
Exchanges
We can only exchange items if they are defective or damaged, subject to stock availability.
Returns Postage
You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your items. If you are returning expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Unfortunately, we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned items.
Items Sent To You In Error
If you have received any items you have not ordered, please inform us as soon as possible. In most cases we will be able to arrange a collection for the items or provide a prepaid return label.
Limitation of Liability
Artisan Gifts does not provide monetary or non-monetary compensation (i.e. in the form of goods or services) for any consequential loss caused by damaged, faulty, missing or incorrect items being delivered or for delays in delivery.
